Referee at The Edinburgh International Cup 2026
All referees worldwide are welcome to stay with us at The Edinburgh International Cup from the 6th of August – 10th of August 2026. The event will host 9v9 &, and 11v11 formats across multiple venues in the magnificent capital city of Scotland.
Please note that the Edinburgh International Cup does not cover your travel to the event.
What we do offer, please choose what would be best suited to you and your group, note we can support with hotels, apartments at cost price, however, this fee will be charge to each person.
Option 1*
- Up to 4 nights Accommodation within Edinburgh Festival Glamping (Bell Tents) – Details HERE
Available from 6th to 10th August, additional days are available outside the complimentary nights we offer at £145 per tent per night (not per person), this sleeps up to 4 people.
- Breakfast Included + Lunch token (for venues)
- Transported to/from Venues (this will be either a coach or taxi services provided)
- Match Fee
- Event Participation Medal
- Dedicated Referee Manager
Option 2**
- Up to 3 nights Accommodation within Holiday Park (Static Caravan) – Details HERE
Available from Friday 7th to Monday 10th August Only, this sleeps up to 6 people (only available if a minimum of 5 referees choose this option)
- Lunch token (for venues)
- Transported to/from Venues (this will be either a coach or taxi services provided)
- Event Participation Medal
- Dedicated Referee Manager
Please note that a £50* security deposit is required to secure your space. This fee also serves as a damage deposit for the accommodation. It will be refunded after the event, upon check-out and confirmation that no damage has occurred. Any damages will be deducted from this deposit. **£50 is non refundable if staying in in Holiday Park.
Referee accommodation and meals
As an Edinburgh International Cup referee, you will receive accommodation within our popular glamping pods and Holiday Park, which have several amenities such as toilets, showers, and campfire, plus free meals at each venue on the day of the event.
Referee transport
The Edinburgh International Cup does not cover your travel expenses to the tournament, you need to organise this yourself. The closest airport to Edinburgh International if you need further information you can contact us at info@theedinburghcup.co.uk
Please note that The Edinburgh International Cup will organise transport to and from the venue over the Edinburgh International Cup weekend at no cost.
